Reporting to the Executive Manager Development and Community Services, you will provide strategic leadership across community development, tourism and library services, ensuring programs, services and initiatives respond to local needs and align with Council’s strategic priorities.
You will lead and support your team to deliver positive community outcomes, while working closely with the community, elected members, internal teams, government agencies and community organisations to strengthen partnerships and develop collaborative solutions.
