Cannington Mazda have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual who wants to further their career in Parts Interpreting and Warehousing. This is a hands-on role where you will combine on the job training with your current skills with an exceptional product being Mazda.

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for assisting customers and workshop employees in the sourcing and distributing of required parts.

You will be an integral part of the daily operations and be exposed to all aspects of warehousing and interpreting parts. You will be supported by our experienced Parts team and will report directly to the Parts Manager.

We are looking for someone honest, well organized and motivated with previous parts experience or with a willingness to learn with the view of progress to a more senior parts role.

The successful applicant will need to be computer literate, with a current drivers licence. A forklift ticket will be highly regarded but not essential.

Salary and Bonuses are negotiable for the right candidate !!

Other duties include:

- Interpret parts requirements via telephone,



email and face to face.

- Stock and inventory control.

- Attend to enquires in a timely manner.

- Ensure customer service standards are met.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Essential criteria:

- To be well presented.

- Have basic computer skills.

- Own transport.

- The ability to work within a close team.

- Knowledge of the mechanical aspects of cars.

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Be self-motivated and reliable individual.

- Willingness to learn.

- Have excellent organizational skills.
