Your Role
You’ll take ownership of the buyer journey—from first enquiry and project presentation through to negotiation, contract and settlement.
Your focus will be building relationships, communicating the project’s lifestyle and investment appeal, and converting buyer interest into sales through consistent follow-up.

Who We’re Looking For

- A background in residential, project or off-the-plan property sales
- Confidence presenting to discerning buyers and negotiating sales
- Strong organisation, CRM discipline and follow-through
- A professional, personable and consultative approach
- Current Queensland real estate registration or licence
- Availability to work weekends
