Ready for your next move in real estate? We’re recruiting an experienced Property Manager / Floater. You’ll manage a smaller, highly manageable portfolio without routines, leasing or PCRs!

What you’ll do

- Manage a streamlined, smaller portfolio.
- Handle ingoing inspections and final bond inspections.
- Take charge of maintenance coordination, arrears, and court proceedings.
- Act as the key point of contact for owner and tenant communication.
- Enjoy the flexibility of 1 day working from home each week!

Must haves

- Minimum 1 year of experience managing your own portfolio.
- Current WA real estate registration.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the initiative to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills.
