Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding part-time role at a dynamic family-friendly adventure playland and café in Sippy Downs, QLD?
We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Kids World Adventure Playland & Cafe'.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring productive and customer-focused service
- Manage and mentor a team of hospitality staff, including rostering, training and performance management
- Handle cash handling and reconciliation, stock ordering and inventory management
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Act as the key point of contact for customer queries and complaints, providing exceptional service
- Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 12 months experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification, Senior First Aid and CPR certification and Blue Card
- Flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a 2 week roster
