Role: ICT Support Officer

Status: Full time.
Salary: $38.58 per hour plus superannuation
Qualification: Relevant IT vocational or tertiary degree or comparable experience
Location: Belmont Perth with hybrid working arrangements

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced ICT Support Officer with 2+ years’ experience who is enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, well presented, with a passion for delivering great ICT customer service.

We're looking for someone who has:

- ICT and technical experience, with advanced computer and network skills;
- Knowledge of ICT products and services, such as Microsoft Windows and Exchange server, and Sharepoint;
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A meticulous, methodical and patient nature with a logical mind; and
- Relevant qualifications in IT highly regarded;
- National Police Clearance or willing to obtain;
- Strong work ethic, experience working productively and independent of direct supervision.

What you'll do:

- Provide high quality customer service as the first point of contact for staff with ICT and other technology issues;
- Complete level 1/2 ICT service desk support enquiries;
- Liaise with external suppliers for ICT support and maintenance; and
- Install, configure, monitor and maintain the ICT hardware and software;
- Provide face-to-face and virtual IT support across multiple sites in a multi-disciplinary environment;




- Some regional travel may be required.
