We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join our hospitality team and help deliver a quality dining experience for our members and guests.

Located in beautiful Mollymook, our Club combines a stunning coastal setting with a busy hospitality environment and a strong focus on quality and service.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

The opportunity

You'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality dishes while maintaining the standards our members and guests expect.

Responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, presentation, food safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, supporting smooth service and assisting across the kitchen when required.

About you

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous Chef or Cook experience





- A genuine passion for food and hospitality

- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge

- The ability to work effectively during busy service periods

- A positive, team-focused approach

- Good communication skills

- Flexibility across weekends, public holidays and varying shifts

Formal culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential for all roles.
