About the role

You focus on creating demand for engcon products with end customers. You engage directly with end users and operators. You promote the tiltrotator concept and the engcon brand. You support the sales team by generating and qualifying opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Contact end users across construction, civils, groundworks, rail, rental/hire, landscaping, and forestry.

- Prospect recent customers, sites, and excavator owners.

- Explain engcon products and tiltrotator benefits in practical terms.

- Arrange meetings, demos, and dig days.

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

- Support sales colleagues with customer enquiries and follow up activity.

- Help organise and attend trade shows, dealer open days, and events.

- Act as a professional representative of engcon at all times.

- Maintain basic records of activity and leads in engcon CRM system.

- Maintain and update social media accounts.

About you

- Confident speaking to contractors, operators, and site managers.

- Comfortable working on construction sites.

- Interest in excavators and attachments.

- Structured and organised approach.





- Self-motivated and reliable.

- Willing to travel nationally.

- Full Australian driving licence.

- Construction or plant industry experience preferred.

- Sales, customer facing, or site based background preferred.

- Experience with operating excavator's preferred.
