The Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, Sydney.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing activities, ensuring all content and communications are accurate, cohesive and consistently reflect the Leona Edmiston brand.

We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has a strong creative eye and understands the importance of getting the details right. You will be a reliable and considered contributor who brings care, consistency and sound judgement to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and publish engaging, on-brand content across social media channels.

- Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop thoughtful, compelling copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice and aesthetic.

- Email & SMS Marketing: Coordinate database communications, including EDMs and SMS campaigns.

- Campaign Coordination: Assist with the planning,



preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.

- Website Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a polished presentation.

- Artwork & Creative Briefing: Contribute to the artwork briefing process and help ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines.

- Quality Control: Thoroughly review content and marketing materials before publication, checking copy, imagery, links, formatting and overall presentation.

- Create Retail lookbooks, update and print store signage, and refresh EDM and Meta Story templates in Canva, with styling tiles provided as needed.

About You

You are an experienced marketing professional who combines creativity with a meticulous approach to execution. You understand that a premium brand is built through consistency, attention to detail and a considered customer experience.

You will bring:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality control.

- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify & Canva and other relevant software a must have

- Proven experience in a Marketing & Content Coordinator or similar role within fashion

- A strong creative eye and an appreciation for fashion,



design and visual presentation.

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

- A clear understanding of brand consistency and tone of voice.

- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently within established processes.

- Previous experience in a marketing, content or digital coordination role, supported by sound professional judgement.

This position would suit someone who enjoys meaningful, hands-on work and takes satisfaction in producing thoughtful, well-executed results. We are seeking a candidate who can work confidently and independently.

Hours

- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.

- Three days per week in our Alexandria office.
