We're looking for someone who can connect with people, build trust, and confidently sell quality products.

At OPSM Queen St Bendigo, we help customers see clearly and look their best—combining technical expertise with style advice. This is a hands-on retail role for someone who enjoys conversation, understands people, and isn't afraid to recommend premium solutions.

The Role

- 20–28 hours per week, including most Saturday mornings

- Guide customers through frame and lens choices

- Recommend premium eyewear and lens options with confidence

- Perform frame adjustments and fittings

- Support the optometrist and day-to-day store flow

About You

- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging and selling

- Comfortable recommending high-quality products





- Retail experience preferred (optical ideal, but not essential)

- Willing to learn the technical side and apply it with confidence

- Well-presented, reliable, and team-focused

- Available most Saturdays (min. 3 in 4)

- Interest in fashion and helping people feel confident

- Minimum 1+ years retail experience required
