The Opportunity: Talent Mining is recruiting on behalf of a client in the industrial equipment and mining supplies sector.

The Role: Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy and dispatch performance, and ensure the warehouse team maintains high standards of safety, organisation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of equipment and parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SYSPRO and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Lead, train and support warehouse employees.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate freight, deliveries and urgent orders with internal teams and suppliers.
- Investigate stock discrepancies, minimise errors and improve warehouse processes.
- Monitor warehouse performance, housekeeping and operational efficiency.

About You

Essential:

- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.




- Robust inventory control, planning and organisational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and safe equipment handling.
- Experience using ERP systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel.

Advantageous:

- Experience in mining supplies, industrial equipment or engineering parts.
- Familiarity with SYSPRO.
- Current forklift licence, where required.
