As our AI Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting and scaling the use of Artificial Intelligence across Pioneer Credit. Working closely with the AI Enablement Lead, you'll help administer, maintain and optimise a growing suite of AI technologies that are transforming the way our people work.

This role would suit candidates with experience in technology administration, business systems, automation, data governance, IT support, analytics or AI-focused roles. Professionals with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for emerging technologies are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric and other emerging technologies. From managing AI licensing, permissions and governance controls to supporting AI agents, automation and business adoption, you'll help ensure our AI environment remains secure, effective and fit for purpose.

This is a highly team-oriented role that will see you working with stakeholders across all areas of the business to support AI initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing rollout of innovative solutions. You'll also research emerging technologies, monitor platform performance and provide recommendations that help Pioneer maximise the value of its AI investment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Administering and supporting Pioneer’s enterprise AI platforms, tools and technologies.

- Managing AI licensing, credits, user access, governance controls and compliance requirements.





- Monitoring AI adoption, usage trends and platform performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Supporting the rollout, maintenance and optimisation of AI agents, assistants and automations.

- Assisting with AI enablement initiatives, business use cases and organisation-wide adoption programs.

- Researching emerging AI technologies and recommending innovative solutions that support business objectives.

About You

You're someone who is curious about technology, passionate about innovation and enjoys helping people get the most from modern digital tools. You can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong understanding of how technology can be used to improve business outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Experience working with business systems, technology platforms, AI solutions, automation tools or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- The ability to translate technical concepts into practical and easily understood solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience working with governance, security,



compliance or access management controls.

- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric or AI platforms will be highly regarded.

- Exposure to data governance, information management or technology enablement initiatives will be advantageous.
