We provide personalised in-home and community-based support to children and teenagers living with disability, helping them build independence, participate in their communities and achieve their individual goals. About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you may provide support with:
• Community access and participation
• Daily living and personal care
• Social and recreational activities
• Building independence and life skills
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Implementing individual support plans
• Supporting children and teenagers to work towards their goals
• Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation Essential Requirements Applicants must have or be willing to maintain:
• Current QLD Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Current Blue Card
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Ability to meet relevant NDIS worker requirements Availability We are particularly looking for applicants who have weekday availability between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please clearly state your location and availability when applying.
