Through integrated development and sales partnerships, the business manages every stage of delivery under one roof, from raw site acquisition through to handover. Role Description The Draftsperson will produce accurate and compliant drawings for residential steel-framed construction, translating design concepts and specifications into detailed plans and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural and reciewing structural drawings, updating plans to reflect design changes, coordinating with designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams, and ensuring all documentation meets building codes, regulations, and company standards. The role involves maintaining drawing records, supporting standardisation of designs,



and contributing to efficient workflows between off-site fabrication and on-site construction. This is a full-time, in office role based in Perth, WA. Qualifications
• Strong drafting and design skills, including experience creating architectural and structural drawings for residential or similar construction projects.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) and ability to work with standardised design templates.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations, preferably with experience in steel framing or modular construction.
• Attention to detail in documentation, with strong skills in checking, revising, and coordinating drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant qualification in drafting, building design, architecture, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience in residential construction, design-for-manufacture, or off-site fabrication environments is highly regarded.
