• Support the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple clinics,



ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and company policies.
• Drive revenue, productivity and KPI performance across your clinic portfolio, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to improve results.
• Partner with Clinic Managers to optimise labour productivity, roster efficiency and cost control.
• Improve key commercial metrics, including client rebooking, average transaction value, cross-selling and product attachment.
• Coach and develop Clinic Managers, building leadership capability and supporting succession planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and retention initiatives across the region.
• Uphold clinical governance and compliance standards, including medical records, consent forms, treatment documentation and audit requirements.
• Champion exceptional client experiences by monitoring feedback, improving NPS and ensuring alignment with brand and service standards.
• Support the Regional Manager in delivering strategic priorities, implementing business initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify performance trends,

• Demonstrated experience as a Clinic Manager or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to influence performance across teams or multiple sites.
• Commercial acumen, with experience delivering against productivity and operational KPIs.
• Experience in performance management, team development and retention.
• An understanding of operational standards, with knowledge of clinical governance and compliance requirements highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and empower others.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple locations.
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
