You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. What we're looking for:
• Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality or retail environment
- think supermarkets, fast-food, pubs/clubs, restaurants or similar
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
