Stockwell is looking for a driven and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Debt, you will use your insights and problem-solving skills to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across our dynamic property business. Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Finance Team with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring forecasting is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and deliver a calendar of regular financial reports.
• Support management and private capital reporting by preparing financial reports, analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Support debt funding activities by maintaining financier relationships, coordinating funding submissions, and ensuring KYC compliance.
• Support private capital and investment initiatives through financial modelling, fund establishment, asset valuations, scenario analysis, and compliance monitoring. About You:
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.




• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the property or related industry.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using Excel for forecasting/modelling.
