We are working with a well-regarded national law firm seeking an experienced insurance litigator to join its Professional Indemnity & Liability team on a 6–12 month contract. This opportunity sits within an established insurance practice acting for a diverse client base, including insurers, underwriting agencies, brokers and insureds across a range of liability and indemnity matters. Responsibilities
• Managing professional indemnity, liability and insurance litigation matters from commencement through to resolution.
• Advising clients on indemnity, liability, coverage and quantum issues.
• Drafting advices, pleadings, witness statements, court documents and settlement agreements.
• Attending mediations, settlement conferences and court appearances.
• Briefing and liaising with counsel and other external stakeholders.
• Providing strategic and commercially focused advice to clients.




• Assisting on complex litigation and liability disputes.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. About You
• 3+ years' post-admission experience.
• Experience in professional indemnity, insurance litigation, construction liability and/or commercial litigation.
• Robust drafting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while working as part of a broader team.
