Role Description The Great Clients role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW, focused on building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships for The Brand Guy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communication, understanding client needs and goals, and ensuring a high-quality experience before, during, and after engagements such as workshops, keynotes, and consulting projects. This role involves coordinating logistics, gathering feedback, responding to inquiries,



and proactively identifying opportunities to add value for new and existing clients. The Excellent Clients team member will collaborate closely with Richard and any project partners to support seamless delivery of services and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond effectively to client needs and ensure positive outcomes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, manage expectations, and develop meaningful client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Customer Experience practices to help design and maintain a consistent, high-impact journey for clients.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Previous experience in account management, client services, events coordination, or professional services is beneficial.
• Comfort engaging with senior leaders, teams, and diverse audiences, with a professional, inclusive, and respectful approach.
• Familiarity with branding, personal development, or creative industries is an advantage.
