Overview Automated metrics can't judge whether Turkish text actually sounds right: tone, idiom, cultural nuance, and the thousand small choices a native speaker makes without thinking. As a Turkish Translator you'll judge and correct AI output in Turkish, teaching models to write the way people actually speak. What you’ll actually do
• Evaluate translations between English and Turkish for fidelity, fluency, and tone, the way a professional editor would.
• Rank and rate model output in Turkish, catching what automated metrics miss.
• Write the better version when the model falls short, natural enough that no one could tell it was a translation. Roles this fits Common backgrounds: Turkish Linguist, Bilingual Reviewer, Localization Specialist. What we look for
• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish.
• Translation, localization, or professional writing experience preferred.
• Transparent written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it. Compensation Up to $40/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $100k–$200k a year; some make it their full-time income. About DataAnnotation DataAnnotation is where 1M+ experts train the world’s leading AI models.
