We’re looking for an experienced Financial Planning, Analytics & Automation Manager to join Vitura Health and help shape the way we use financial and operational information to make better business decisions. This isn’t a traditional finance role. You’ll combine strong FP&A; and commercial capability with analytics, reporting and automation, identifying opportunities to improve how we forecast, understand performance and get meaningful insights into the hands of our leaders. This opportunity is open to candidates based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne, and we encourage candidates from these locations to apply. What you’ll be doing
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable commercial insights
• Develop and enhance dashboards and management reporting
• Partner with leaders across the business to understand performance, risks and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and finance processes
• Improve data quality, reporting and visibility
• Support commercial analysis and strategic business initiatives
• Challenge existing processes and help create smarter, more scalable ways of working What we’re looking for You’re commercially minded, analytical and naturally curious. You enjoy getting into the detail, but you can also step back, see the bigger picture and communicate what the numbers actually mean. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Strong experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or financial analysis
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills
• Experience developing dashboards and management reporting
• A genuine interest in automation, data and process improvement




• Strong commercial and problem-solving capability
• Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and translating complex information into clear insights
• Experience with Python, SQL or other data and automation tools would be highly regarded
