About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the planning and project controls function for this upcoming project. Based in our Perth CBD office, you’ll work closely with project leadership, engineering, construction and commercial teams to develop and maintain robust project schedules, monitor performance and support effective project delivery. This is an chance to apply your expertise to a significant infrastructure project, influence planning outcomes and support the wider project team. Occasional site visits will be required, depending on project needs. Experience in marine infrastructure would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate planning, progress measurement, schedule analysis and reporting, identifying risks, critical path impacts and potential delays.
• Support project controls, including earned value analysis, performance metrics and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement and commercial teams to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions to scheduling challenges.
• Provide planning guidance and technical support to project teams, contributing to continuous improvement and the development of planning capability. Don’t tick all the boxes? • A degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline, ideally with a focus on project planning or management.




• Significant experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or infrastructure industry, with strong knowledge of program logic, critical path analysis and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, with experience in resourced schedules, progress measurement, risk management and Power BI reporting.
• Highly regarded: Marine infrastructure experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to engage, influence and support multidisciplinary teams. What’s in it for you?
