About the role
Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Experience Manager, the Fundraising Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a remarkable supporter experience. As the first point of contact for many of our fundraisers and donors, you'll ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and impactful. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in fundraising who is passionate about people and community engagement. With exposure to all disciplines of fundraising, this is a fantastic hands-on learning opportunity with space for you to own your own portfolio of fundraising accounts. What You'll Be Doing
• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, LiveChat).
• Provide proactive stewardship and support to a portfolio of fundraisers.
• Help deliver exceptional fundraising journeys through personalised engagement.
• Assist with processing donations and issuing receipts.
• Support the administration of supporter data using our CRM (Salesforce).
• Attend and support fundraising events and community activities. Our Values in Action Care Deeply

- You use our CRM and data to ensure accurate and timely support, helping to measure and improve our fundraising outcomes. What You'll Bring
• Passion for the not-for-profit sector and delivering excellent supporter experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Confidence in learning and using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• A collaborative team spirit and a proactive approach to work.
• Experience in customer service or administration is a bonus.
