Help build AI capability from the ground up and shape how AI transforms banking. As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, build and operate secure, production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. You’ll work across generative AI, machine learning and agentic capabilities, turning approved use cases into maintainable solutions integrated with enterprise platforms. You’ll be joining TMBL as it develops its AI capability and operating model, with the opportunity to work across LLMs, RAG and agentic AI while helping progress customer and employee use cases from concept into production. Your work will combine AI engineering with disciplined software practices, responsible AI, security and production operations, helping create solutions that are reliable, measurable and supportable. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll:
• Design and build AI applications, copilots, agents and machine learning services
• Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data and approved knowledge sources
• Engineer prompts, tool use, guardrails and multi-step agent workflows, with evaluation across quality, grounding, safety, latency and cost
• Build secure integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform and enterprise APIs
• Create automated development,



testing and deployment pipelines with monitoring for production AI
• Embed privacy, cyber security, responsible AI and data controls into solution design and code What you’ll bring Essential
• Experience in software, data, machine learning or AI engineering
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, machine learning or generative AI solutions
• Strong Python capability alongside APIs, source control and automated testing
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers and production monitoring
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise data and services
• The ability to diagnose complex technical issues and create maintainable solutions Nice to have
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility or comparable platforms
• Experience implementing RAG, vector search, agentic workflows or LLM evaluation
• Financial services or regulated-industry experience
