We're seeking a detail-oriented IT Security Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract, with strong governance, documentation and stakeholder management skills who is passionate about maintaining and improving IT security standards. You will play a key role in driving security compliance, risk reduction and continuous improvement by ensuring accurate security documentation, process visibility and alignment with IT security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track IT security initiatives, projects, and action items to ensure timely delivery and completion.
• Maintain project documentation, action registers, timelines, and status reports.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for IT security and broader IT projects.
• Review existing processes and controls to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement against defined standards.
• Prepare and present clear reporting on project progress, risks, audit outcomes, and remediation activities.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security policies, standards, controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain governance, audit, and compliance documentation, ensuring evidence is accurate and up to date.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional ways of working. About You You are a highly organised and analytical professional with a passion for IT security, project coordination, and continuous improvement. You have experience gathering and translating business requirements, maintaining accurate documentation,



and delivering clear reporting to stakeholders. With a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities, you can confidently support compliance initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure projects and actions are delivered effectively and on time. You will bring To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify gaps, and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings, ideas, and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Positive understanding of IT security principles, governance, controls, and risk management concepts.
• Ability to coordinate multiple actions, tasks, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience and way of thinking.
• Experience with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Strong reporting, tracking, and organisational skills
• Intermediate to advanced Confluence and Jira skills. Desirable:
• Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or industry.
• Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or IT/security-related support roles.
• Ability to analyse information, identify gaps, and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Exposure to IT security, governance, risk, compliance, remediation, or audit-related activities. Why Join Us?
