About the role
As Programmatic Group Sales Manager, you'll set the direction for our programmatic sales team in Melbourne, leading the commercialisation of LiSTNR and partner inventory through programmatic channels, being responsible for achieving programmatic revenue targets. You'll also:
• Coach, develop and motivate your team through regular training and in-field coaching
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, tech partners and trading desks.
• Focus on driving new business growth for LiSTNR through your strategic approach to programmatic solutions.
• Demonstrate the power of digital audio within omni-channel programmatic strategies to deliver client solutions. What You’ll Need
• 5yrs+ programmatic sales experience
• Sales or sales management experience, ideally including programmatic.
• Deep understanding of digital media landscapes, programmatic transactions, and audience segmentation.
• Demonstrated success in generating current business and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, delivering compelling and client-focused solutions.




• Established relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic teams.
• A commercially sharp leader who makes clear decisions and inspires others
