Team members are supported with structured processes and a collaborative work environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Qualified Plumber role based in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drainage, hot and cold water services, and gas fitting (where appropriately licensed). Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, completing scheduled and emergency call-outs, reading and interpreting plans, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards. The Qualified Plumber will liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members, prepare basic job documentation, and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.



The role also includes assisting with quoting, providing accurate time and material estimates, and contributing to a positive, respectful team culture. Qualifications
• Recognized plumbing trade qualification and current plumbing registration/licence in Victoria.
• Demonstrated experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and OH&S; practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Capability to work independently, manage time, and complete jobs to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites across Melbourne.
• Experience with basic job reporting or use of digital job management systems is beneficial.
• Gas fitting endorsement, backflow prevention, or other specialist certifications are an advantage.
