Work across a diverse community-based caseload supporting clients through:
• NDIS
• Aged Care
• Community Rehabilitation Responsibilities May Include
• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
• Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
• Home environment assessments
• Home modification recommendations
• Capacity building interventions
• Goal focused therapy
• Clinical documentation and report writing
