The Prospect The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing key strategic initiatives and commercial ventures, with a key focus on using analytics and AI to improve our business capabilities. This will include:
• Working with cross-functional teams to identify, design and deliver strategic initiatives across the business to improve operational performance
• Develop complex analytical models, using both data science techniques and traditional financial modelling
• Support M&A; activities
• Support equity and debt financing processes




• Working closely with the Head of Strategy and Commercial and Executive team to identify and secure growth opportunities The role will traverse the broad scope of the Flow Power business. The successful delivery of high-value internal projects will be key focus areas, particularly in relation to energy trading. The ideal skillset will include experience in working on strategic projects and conducting sophisticated analytical projects within the energy sector. Skills and Experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification – computational science, data analytics, engineering, econometrics, economics, finance or a related quantitative discipline
• Experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical skills, including building operational and financial models
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in consulting or with exposure to strategy development, business case preparation, transformation and M&A.;
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis and develop pragmatic recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience building financial and operational models
• Experience with data science, programming (e.g. Python) and AI is highly regarded
