Someone has to catch it before it reaches a client, and that someone is you. As an Investment Banker you'll evaluate AI-generated deal analysis, check the valuation and the transaction mechanics, and write the judgments that teach models how a real banker defends a number. What you’ll actually do
• Review AI deal analysis across M&A; and financings: comparable companies, precedent transactions, and DCF.
• Pressure-test the mechanics : accretion/dilution, sources and uses, and synergy assumptions that don't survive a second look.
