Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high‑quality visual assets that support SG Fleet’s brand across campaigns, digital channels, print, and internal communications. This role works closely with stakeholders and the wider creative team to deliver engaging, on‑brand design solutions, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across all outputs. Job Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering graphic design projects from brief to final execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across digital and print, with some exposure to motion or basic video content beneficial.
• Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and apply feedback to produce brand‑aligned design outcomes.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro advantageous.
• Ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and applying visual identity consistently across assets. Job Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and direction from the Graphics and Motion Lead, translating them into transparent, engaging visual outcomes.
• Apply established brand standards consistently across all design outputs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative team to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Amend and refine designs based on feedback, contributing to a smooth review and approval process.
• Manage own workload and tasks effectively to support timely delivery of projects.
