- Brand & Marketing, you'll play a critical role in planning, coordinating and executing go-to-market activities across Defence Health. You'll be the connector between Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Member Experience and Sales, ensuring projects are aligned, launch-ready and delivered on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning strategy into action. You'll work across the business to coordinate launches, manage priorities, engage stakeholders and ensure key initiatives are delivered successfully from concept through to market.

Key responsibilities
include:
• Developing and managing go-to-market plans for recent products, services and member initiatives.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.
• Managing timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Driving launch readiness across marketing, digital, sales and operational teams.




• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimise future initiatives.
• Supporting strategic business projects that enhance member growth, retention and engagement. About you You'll be a natural collaborator who combines strong project management skills with commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset. You will bring:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 5-8 years' experience in go-to-market, product marketing, campaign activation or a similar role.
• Experience in health insurance, financial services, membership organisations or another regulated industry (highly advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing product or service launches.
• Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
