Role Description The Warehouse Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC, focusing on the safe and productive handling of pharmaceutical products in a temperature-controlled environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, checking, and storing inventory, ensuring products are placed in appropriate storage zones according to schedule and temperature requirements. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for distribution, maintaining accurate inventory records, and using warehouse systems and equipment in line with company procedures. The Warehouse Operator will follow strict compliance, safety, and quality standards, complete routine inspections and documentation,



and report any discrepancies or incidents promptly. Collaboration with warehouse colleagues, supervisors, and customer service teams is essential to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant distribution. Qualifications
• Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods, ideally in a temperature-controlled or pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and basic warehouse management systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Understanding of cold chain handling, product integrity, and compliance requirements for regulated pharmaceutical products.
• Commitment to occupational health and safety practices, including safe operation of warehouse equipment and adherence to security protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work reliably with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and operate within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, logistics, or cold storage sectors is highly regarded; relevant certifications (e.g., forklift licence) are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn BS3 processes and regulatory requirements, and to participate in ongoing training and development.
