The role Epicurean is Crown Sydney's premium dining destination, featuring open-style live kitchens, global cuisines, and a fast-paced environment where chefs can develop their skills within a high-volume culinary operation. We are seeking experienced full-time Chef de Parties to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Sous Chef and kitchen leadership team, you will:
• Lead your designated kitchen section during preparation and service.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. About you
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a high performing Demi Chef




• Experience in Western hot and cold kitchen operations, sushi preparation, and wok sections
• Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, resort, or high-volume dining workplace.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A passion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
