• Welcome swimsters (and carers) and help them find whatever they need or whatever they’re looking for.
• Provide heartfelt service and deliver exceptional swim classes in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards.
• Create an environment where swimsters are so engaged and entertained, they don’t even realise they’re learning to swim.
• Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve swim program delivery.
• Keep the swimsters area secure and clean… considering equipment and surrounds.
• Always advocate water safety and swim survival skills.
• Ensure an overall safe environment for students, carers and all of the team (including you).
• Naturally act as a brand ambassador and comfortably communicate what differentiates our swimsters program from the market.
• Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.
• Find ways to give that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected. To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset
• You have your AUSTSWIM certificate, relevant experience in a swim school, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your Infant and Preschool Aquatics qual, Access and Inclusion qual or Teacher of Adults qual. A+ for you.
• You have aligned experience. You love to deliver educational (yet entertaining) swim lessons, building trust and safety. You’re well versed across various ages and skill levels.
• You are people-focused. You enjoy teaching children to swim. You’re warm, honest and genuine.
