- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education in accordance with requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Current level 2 first aid accreditation (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training) or willingness to obtain
- Have a current Victorian teaching registration Experience Relevant experience working in an early childhood setting Key selection criteria 1 Demonstrated knowledge and practice of early childhood learning, this would include but is not limited to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and associated support resources as well as the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) Key selection criteria 2 Good time management skills and ability to coordinate responsibilities to enable the smooth and efficient running of the program, while working cooperatively as a team member with all educators Key selection criteria 3 Proven ability to appropriately address concerns raised by families and to work with families to resolve issues and conflicts Key selection criteria 4 Capacity to respond in an appropriate manner to children and family members, when addressing challenging,
