About the role

Precision Dental is a well-established general and cosmetic dental practice in Fortitude Valley, and we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team!

You'll work alongside one dentist and two oral health therapists in a supportive environment where teamwork and quality patient care come first.

This is primarily a front-of-house role, with occasional chairside assisting and clinical support when needed.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing appointments, recalls, confirmations and enquiries
- Handling phone calls, emails, payments and HICAPS claims
- Maintaining patient records using dental software
- Supporting the clinical team with sterilisation and occasional chairside assisting
- Helping keep the practice running smoothly

About you

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.

- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Friendly, organised and confident managing a busy reception




- Experience with dental software (Exact PMS highly regarded)
- A reliable team player who enjoys helping others
- Comfortable providing occasional clinical support (training available)
- Available 4–5 days per week
