Experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder

Location: Alfords Point, NSW

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly café team in Alfords Point.

The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee with consistent latte art.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Assist with general café duties, food service and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.

Requirements:

- Previous barista experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing.




- Ability to work confidently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
- Weekend availability preferred.
