Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Craigieburn. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your responsibilities

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr




- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
