Role Overview

Run your store like it’s your own. As a Franchisee Store Manager at 7-Eleven, you’ll lead your team, manage daily operations and deliver great customer experiences while driving store performance.

What you’ll be doing:

- Run the store day-to-day while taking ownership of operations
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Deliver great customer service and store standards
- Manage rosters, payroll, stock and cash handling
- Drive sales, targets and store performance
- Work independently for large parts of your shift
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
- Strong communication and team leadership skills




- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Confidence working independently and making decisions
