The role delivers a comprehensive framework across the employee and production lifecycle, driving a robust safety culture and coordinated wellbeing initiatives. You will develop and implement safety programs, manage incidents and WorkCover, analyse key metrics and educate staff at all levels to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the business.
