Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our experienced manufacturing team at our door factory in Campbellfield. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.




- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
