Chipmunks in the Hills is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Trainee Educator to join our team. Gain practical experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Support educators to create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment.
- Assist with play-based learning experiences and daily routines.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work alongside experienced educators while completing your qualification.

About you

- A genuine interest in children’s learning and development.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable,



caring and ready to work as part of a team.
- Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, where required.
- Able to meet the eligibility requirements for a traineeship.

No previous early childhood experience is necessary—just enthusiasm and a commitment to learning!
