About the Company
Our client is a general dental practice in Tamworth with a full patient base that needs two new dentists. The current dentists are relocating, so both of their books are looking for an owner. For you, that means walking into established patient relationships and a busy diary, without months of building one from scratch. Two openings also means you could join alongside a colleague.

About the Position
Our client has two General Dentist positions available in Tamworth, each four days a week. The work is broad general dentistry, taking over full books from the departing dentists. You will spend your time treating patients who already attend the practice, which suits a dentist who wants consistent income from the first week rather than a slow ramp-up.

Four days a week leaves room for a long weekend or time with family.

Key Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Working rights in Australia
- Confident across the full range of general dentistry
- Available to work four days a week
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry

About the Location
Tamworth is a large regional city in north-west NSW, with the schools, hospital, shopping and sport you would expect of a centre its size. The regional airport has flights to Sydney, and housing is generally more affordable than in the capital cities. The city is known for its country music scene and January festival, and there is easy access to the outdoors. It is a practical base for a dentist wanting space, a lower cost of living and a close-knit community.

On Offer
Our client offers:

- Two General Dentist positions
- 40% commission, with full books to earn it on
- Four days a week
- Established patients from the start, with no list to build
- A regional lifestyle with a lower cost of living than the major cities
