Casual Personal Trainer | Isis Central

Looking for a casual personal training role in Isis Central? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

How we support you

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.




- Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
