WE’RE HIRING !! CASUAL LAWN MOWING & GARDEN MAINTENANCE LABOURER

Starting with 1–2 days per week

We’re a small, growing lawn mowing and landscaping business looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who takes pride in doing a quality job.

You’ll start alongside the owner, learning our properties and service standards, with opportunities to work independently as your skills develop.

The work includes:

- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping.
- Weeding, pruning, hedging and general garden maintenance.
- Collecting and removing green waste.
- Cleaning and caring for equipment.
- Leaving each property neat and tidy.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Turns up on time and communicates well.
- Enjoys outdoor, physical work.
- Shows initiative and attention to detail.
- Treats customers, properties and equipment with care.
- Follows instructions and works safely.
- Has a current driver’s licence and reliable transport to our agreed meeting point.

Previous mowing or gardening experience is preferred,



but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Having your own ute would be a bonus, but isn’t essential. Any use of your vehicle for work would be agreed and reimbursed appropriately. Trailer-towing experience is also an advantage.

What we offer:

- Casual employment starting at 1–2 days per week.
- Potential for more days as the business grows, depending on performance and available work.
- Equipment supplied and practical training.
- A supportive working relationship directly with the owner.
- Pay based on experience and the applicable award classification, including casual loading, plus super.
