About the business

The Rosemount Hotel is an institution in the Perth original live music scene and boasts one of Perth's best outdoor spaces. Hosting international, national and local touring artists across two band rooms and beer garden every day at the Rosie is unique. Our beer garden has gone from strength to strength over the last twelve months and we are looking to add another Cook to our team.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Cook to join our team on a full time basis. Our kitchen team is small, but mighty, so that ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and help across multiple stations is required.

Skills and experience

- Cert three in cookery or reasonable practical experience in a commercial kitchen
- Passionate about food, cooking & hospitality
- Previous experience in a pub environment is favourable
- You must be able to work effectively in a small team in a high volume venue
- Common sense, problem solving and the ability to make quick decisions is imperative

Pay: $79,423.00 – $80,000.00 per year
