Redland Pharmaceuticals is a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Brendale, Queensland. We manufacture and pack a range of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, functional beverage and health products.

We are looking for reliable and hands-on Production Operators to join our manufacturing team.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will work across our production and manufacturing areas to ensure products are manufactured, packed and prepared to the required quality and production standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, working as part of a team and taking pride in doing things correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with mixing, filling, capping, labelling and packing processes.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production instructions.
- Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform in-process checks and report any quality or production issues.
- Complete line clearances and changeovers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure production area.
- Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and basic equipment preparation.




- Work with the wider production team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with other production duties as required.

About You

- Willing to learn different areas of the production operation.

Previous pharmaceutical, food, beverage, nutraceutical or FMCG manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but training will be provided to the right person.
