Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Bardwell Valley

Looking for a casual personal training role in Bardwell Valley? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Your availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Support

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Day to day

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
