Dental Assistant (Part-Time) | Chatswood, Sydney
Chairside + Front Desk, with a pathway to Treatment Consultant or Practice Manager

We’re a well-established general dental practice in Sydney with a warm patient community. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team, someone who enjoys looking after people and wants more than a chairside role.

The role

- Part-time, 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of full-time hours in future for the right person
- Saturday work required, paid at time and a half
- Fluent English and Mandarin required
- Begin chairside, then take on front desk duties as you grow
- Genuine pathway into a Treatment Consultant or Practice Manager role for suitable candidates

What you’ll be doing

- Chairside assisting across a range of general dental procedures
- Welcoming patients and communicating with them in English and Mandarin
- Scheduling, recalls and day-to-day front desk operations
- Supporting patient follow-up and care coordination

What we’re looking for

Essential

- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia




- Availability to work Saturdays
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional manner

Preferred

- Previous dental assisting experience (qualification or equivalent experience)
- Background in customer service, sales or treatment coordination
- Interest in growing into a practice management or treatment coordination role
